This blog will tell my story of losing over 100 pounds, as well as how I got there in the first place. I want to do what I can to to help overweight people “gain” their lives back.

WOW! You are such an inspiration to me!! I’m SO PROUD of you and your discipline and dedication in not giving up. WAY TO GO!! Brenda
You have just inspired me as well !!! I have just read your entire blog. We have so much in common besides the weight. How can I contact you ?
I’m interested in knowing about breast-size change in such a great loss of weight. I’m a hefty girl now, but even when I was a toothpick I’ve had fairly large breasts. I am wondering if I will lose some as I lose weight? By your pictures you seem to be very proportionate. Is this something you’d be willing to discuss? I think a lot of women might benefit. Thanks and congratulations and good work!
Amanda — even though my breasts were somewhat proportionate for my size, they were the first things to go.
I started losing size in my breasts before I got smaller anywhere else. I used to wear a 46D, and now I wear a 36C. I will admit that I have a lot of extra skin left in my breasts (it’s like they’ve hollowed out), and it’s a source of embarrassment and discomfort for me, so I always wear a bra now, sometimes even when I sleep. I’d be happy to discuss this with anyone… let’s keep the conversation going!
Thank you for sending this question! As you might notice, I haven’t updated this blog since last April. I got distracted, mainly because we had to move from Texas to North Carolina last summer due to my job relocation. Your question has motivated me to start writing in it again.
